Default How to get Killer Abs! 4 newbs

i know its been a long time since i last posted so to make it up to you guys, im a gonna teach ya how to get abs.

Disclaimers and stuff

*If you feel like shit at anytime during this program STOP!!! cuz u can die

*This is not easy to do and if you have heart problems or stuff liek that dont do this

KEWL. if ur still reading, props to u.

This is gonna take like three months to go from overweight to KILLER ABS!! zomg*feint

This is 4 teh noobs if u r already skinny, then w8 4 ma next post

Stage 1

ur kinda fat and stuff then check this out

*Diet
ur gonna wanna eat less. Srsly the entire thing is useless w/o eating less , u can check out my other tutorial for tips there. Keep under 75% total fat and under 50% saturated

*Exercise
Run about 1 mile (6 to 7 mph, otta take about ten minutes) this will get your heart rate up to burn fat quickly. Do this on a treadmill, srsly.

Do 100 crunches(i dont know the differecne btwn crunches and sit ups, but put ur hands behind ur head and pull ur head up with ur abdominals{This does nothing if u pull with ur arms
then 50 crunches with your kness bent at a 90 degree angle and point ur knees to your left(this works obliques)
then 50 more w/ ur knees pointing right(other obliques)

Now for lower abs !These are difficult and tiresome and they take 4ever to show up!
Have an incline or decline bench and sit on it so ur head is up higher then ur feet. Then lift ur feet until they r perpendicular (90 degrees) to ur body
do that 30 times

in about 2 months u should have lost lots o fat and b ready 4 my next tutorial

Hope u guys thought this was pro
