I wanted to write some tutorials for this site but there not really technical, so as long as admins dont mind, ill put em up here every once in a while.
So yeah, First part of being a healthy ninja is to eat right. Diets dont work, and neither does weight watchers (lol they spam my tv with commercials).
You have to eat foods you like, or your going to go nuts and feel worse than evr. So when your sitting down to that McDonalds ( but srsly dont eat there, its gross) and King size milkshake, give some to your dog when your mom isnt looking. They'll love you 4ever.
Another thing to do is to eat half your meal and then wait like ten minutes and if you genuinley r still hungry go get some moar.
One of the most important things to do is to know when your eating for hunger or taste, if possible combine them. If your parents say "Honey were having Bran Cereal today" and you pretend your still asleep ur not hungry. So just pretend your about to be served something yucky but bearable for a snack to decide if you should eat or not.
