I didn't know where to post a tutorial request, but i guess "suggestions" is close enough . I know how to use technology like really well, and new stuff that comes about i will learn how to use pretty quickly and stuff, but i have never known anything about how stuff works, i.e. i have no idea about what's going on in the inside of my computer and everything else in my house, so i was wondering if someone could make some modding tutorials/informational tutorials about the basic stuff that you would find inside technology. Basically i wanna have the knowledge to mod a lot of stuff around my house, but i think it would be safer if i just learned how to mess around pretty inexpensive stuff that i wouldn't mind if i messed up, and eventually i wanna be able to mod my consoles. But i think for now it would be cool to know the basics, and maybe i could figure out some stuff from there. I would really appreciate it

something like this would be great for learning, i bought a solderer and two different things to solder and right after that installed a mod chip in my origonal xbox

i would also be interested in this types of tutorials. taking apart in expensive things to make something bad ass ( i once took apart a remote control airplane and used it to remote detonate fireworks)

Haha i don't think you want to do most of the mods i've done:

• Taken apart old monitors to electrify my doornob, do not do this if you don't know what your doing can be lethal if done improperly.
• Used pieces out of a VCR and such to create a wifi jammer(can't write a tutorial on this for legal reasons

But thanks for the suggestion tmw's tutorial is answering a question i'm sure everyone who has bought a hard disk large usb drive has asked

I think the next day I will get into making ethernet cable so you can trim down your cables to eliminate mess.

And after that I hope to get around to Duel Booting.

Haha im not even sure if i know how to explain that one took me a week or two to make. And for some reasons it jammed bluetooth, home phones, and cell phones aswell. However like all cool things i dropped it and it broke.

haha what a shame... i cant even fathom how you can turn a vcr into something like that... wouldnt you have to send some kinda of radio signal? where does that come out of a vcr?

wifi jammers/cell phone jammers are unfortunately illegal in the USA... but not in Mexico! They work by sending out signals that bounce off things such as computers and cell phones, and if the signal is strong enough it just overpowers other incoming signalls and poof, no cell service
