Or you could do something slightly less illegal. Like just dropping him on his bed after you give him the chloroform. This way, the cops wont be called and you could just tell him it was all a dream.

but then, what will he learn? maybe you can use the chloroform, hang him by his foot upside down and tied up and tell him NOT to do it, then use the chloroform again and put him at a table with his homework in front of him!

easy, make ur brother sign a contract saying he will only use it from say, 12pm to 3pm. in really small print say that he will pay u $30 an hour. i did it to my brother and he stopped.(he still owes me $90)
