Default Help with Bonjour service

A while ago I disabled a service on windows called Bonjour. I didnt know what it was for but it was taking up a lot of memory so I blocked it. Now, I've found out that it has to do with iTunes ans Wireless syncing. Does anybody know how to Re-Enable it. Whenever I try to start the service through the task manager it works for a few seconds and then stops. Anybody know a fix. I've re-installed it and made sure that my Anti-Virus software (mcaffe) wasnt blocking it.

Antivirus would not block Bonjour, that would be a firewall. Ensure your firewall settings are allowing bonjour, do you know how to do this?

Ok. I've made sure it's not Mcaffe's Firewall doing this and when I go to windows firewall I get 4 instances of Bonjour that show up. They're all allowed.

Ugh, vista i have never touched it in my life.

Umm you can go into the eventlog it's probably a right click of My Computer than Manage. And then look at the log for services and see why bonjour is failing.

Also you may be able to start it from the services control panel. Start > Run > Services.msc
