Visual Basic Help!!!!

i made a program and published it.

now i need to take that program and update it and republish it.

Problems= IDK how! and i forget how to publish something all together.

and i really really dont want to make that form all over again =/

can anyone help?

there is no program that can edit and republish Visual Basic stuff, because when you publish it, its just a .exe file and you cant do anything with it except run it.
