if its been added i cant find it, do we have an option to mark a thread as read? cuz i really dont want the rapid share posts to keep comming up in my recent posts when i click on the unread link

When ur on the Unread Posts page open the Quick Links menu (under the google add at the top) and select Mark Threads Read.

yeah, you're going to have to see them...there's no way you can just "ignore" them 100%
you can either read all other posts, then do what death said, or what I do is just click on one of them, then at the top click on the "rapidshare" section, and then click mark all read, this way, I know I dont mark thread's I actually want to read.
