at 1 pm Eastern Time this years E3 is gonig to be covered by G4 live. and thats fucking AWESOME.

So heres a post to discuss predictions and raw excitement

heres what i think

Microsoft
really depressing last year, so im expecting a big turn around this time. there bringing out a price drop for the pro 360 (now only $300) and replacing it with a 60 gig model for the regualr $350. games-wise microsoft is set to blow away everyone else. Fallout 3 is going to get lots of attention, as its now being produced by Bestheda studios (guys that made Oblivion) and it looks totally sweet even if u know nothing about fallout series. Gears of War 2 is also set for main spotlight and looks like it rightfully deserves it. Cliffy B.has made major improvements to the campaign but the multiplayer looks like it needs more work. sad face. As everyone knows halo 3 was the end of master chiefs exploits, but this is the perfect time for Peter Jackson's project to get some spotlight and tell everyone wats going down there.

Sony
This is really sonys time to shine. For alot of gamers the PS3 is simply too expensive, and seemingly not worth the dough. lets face it MGS4 sukd, u could have done alot better. Sony is going to have to reveal alot of its hidden projects and now is the time to blow us away with them. Lets see the new final fantasy games. they've sold your console in the past and are one of the ever-dwindling exclusive titles. another great thing would be to reveal kingdom hearts three. despite my bias for the PS3 (360 ftw) if you announced kingdom hearts 3 i would drop everything and run to the store right now. So Sony could surprise everyone and win the show but if they dont hurry up and really impress alot of gamers very quickly theyre going to be out of business.

i felt kinda detached wile i was play in it, i dont know not anything against third person, the camera just didnt feel right.

Microsoft sucked this year and Sony was bagged on by them a load. Nintendo is gonna take E3 this year, with vengeance.

Heh, MS had to go to MAY'S charts to show that 360 is selling more than Wii.

I love that they are targetting PS3 like nobody's business.

First, it looks counter intuitive. Second, it looks like a desperate struggle against Wii.

so yeah sadly gotta agree microsoft should give up on the casual gaming market srsly the wii has it cornerd, just leaving alone and focus on hardcore gamers.

i thoought microsoft did all right wasnt that bad did good with game trailers and stuff although i hated the ending with rock band,gh scene it i hate that stuff but nintendo is definately not going to take it this year its more of a family game and not a gamers game and familys dont watch e3 live so i dont think it will be that great and although i am a sony fanboy i though microsoft did pretty good cant wait ti see wut sony has in store though

nope i just played 4 and only for a few hours, so i dont know if it was the story being kinda over my head, but it kinda played like GRAW and just not my kinda game, guess i shouldnt of been so harsh toward a killer app. lol
