Future Contests?

Anyone have any ideas for future contest? I have a few things i could give away such as ipods and $100 vouchers at apple. If you hadn't noticed apple gives me some nice stuff

Anyways anyone have any idea how to use these to promote this site? Otherwise ill just ebay/use em.

hmmm.... you could start handing out t-shirts.... that would allways work. or you could just give some free stuff to some of your tutorialists for all their amazing work, or you could give some stuff to java,(i didnt know if he gets stuff. XD)

we should all get free t-shirts and then who ever takes the pic with it one on wins and have the whole site vote but you cant vote for your own

I've bought stuff for Java for his work. I actually sent a few emails out about the shirt to who can get me the best deal.

Sorry it is a little overboard to have a contest soon after the shirts will cost me over $100. Hoping once i give out shirts people will find out about our site and we can actually get ~$5+ a day from ads which would mean $100+ contest per month.

so im guessing that it will be a while for the shirts to come out?

Well once i decide to buy them it will take 3-6 weeks for them to even get to your house. Because of the following:

Yep, when i decide to order the shirts it will take about 2-3 weeks to get to me.
Another 2-3 business days to find a way to package and ship them to you.
And probably 3-5 business days to get to your house.

I am hoping to get them out around Christmas time if not then im not sure when.

or you could also go and have someone help. (I.e java...... or another trust worthy administrator.

Be hard since Java does not live anywhere near me. I also may have them ship it straight to you instead of going through me. I am not sure.

What I've learned that always works is lots of phr33 shwag. Everyone loves shwag, and phr33ness promotes the yay-factor.
