I don't really see the purpose? You can get to the forums and read them without logging in.

There is a link on our page to get to the forums right under the header(picture) it has a button for Forums and Arcade.
The forums do support RSS, just use your favorite rss. I recommend Google Reader. Here is a tutorial
The latest 5 post are on the right side of our main page.
You can also type forums.tutorialninjas.net in your browser
