Here are two guides, if you study them both you should be able to install and configure any version of rTorrent. It is also opensource and very easy to understand/edit, so if you are on a private tracker(makes you upload as much as download, unless you lose membership). You can edit the part of the code where it sends your upload information to the tracker  So you could make it like 2x so every gb you upload, the tracker thinks you uploaded 2gb. can you make a tut on how to edit the code to make your uploads seem higher? and maybe how to tweak the settings to make it download faster that would be very useful for me because my upload speed is crap
